Course Only Registration Form (no practice test) 2011-2012 Step 1: Determine the desired course location and dates Step 2: Print and complete this form; enclose check and mail to SAT Prep [mailing address below] The course only fee is $319, which includes the textbook and class materials. A portion of this fee goes directly to the local PTSA or sponsoring group to support student programs. This registration does NOT include a practice test. Course cancellations: A $25 fee will be charged for cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the course. There is a $50 fee if a cancellation is made within 6 days of the first class date.
